III.
I just finished watching Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith for its 20th Anniversary re-release and that stands as one of my favorite movies of all time.
a true masterpiece.
I did not recall it moving that fast, but that movie has been one of my favorite movies since I was a little boy.
things have changed since I initially watched it, but the score continues to be one of my favorites.
I caught a lot of different things from there, a lot of different themes that I couldn’t unsee/unhear. a young man who is making his way up in the world and afraid to lose everything he’s come to gain. George Lucas really makes you feel for the guy (until he goes and becomes the thing that undermines everything that he’s worked to build for himself).
pray for strength and pray for good fortune along your path, people. we’ll all be tested along the way, but don’t give into fear. we can’t. fear works against us. death is inevitable for everyone. never forget that because there are things worse than death.
I feel like I am constantly being tested, and I can only hope to hold onto those things and people which are important to me.
thank you for the love, thank you for everything.
we work. we move.
